Description
Gigaopto’s GTS-Cxx60-20DCTN 6G SDI Video Single Transmitter Module is designed for single-channel video transmission applications over 20km over G.652 single mode fiber via a CWDM wavelength channel from 1270nm to 1450nm (20nm each step) with a simplex LC connector. It supports the data rates from 50Mb/s to 5.94Gb/s. This transmitter is specifically designed for robust performance in the presence of SDI pathological patterns for SMPTE259M, SMPTE 344M, SMPTE 292M, SMPTE 424M and ST-2081 serial rates.
This transmitter consists of two sections: a DFB laser transmitter and MCU control unit. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.
This transmitter module is full compliant with MSA SFP and SFF-8472, real time digital diagnostic monitoring function is available through the I2C interface.
It is suitable for high-definition digital broadcasting applications.
