Description Of 3FE53441JC Compatible Bell GPON SFP
This Bell 3FE53441J compatible GPON SFP Transceiver is designed for Bell OLT Networks, providing 2.488Gbps downstream and 1.244Gbps upstream throughput up to 20km transmission distance as specified in ITU-T G.984.2 Class C+ specifications.
The 1490nm DFB transmitter has automatic power control (APC) function and temperature compensation circuitry to ensure stable optical power and extinction ratio over all operating temperature range. The 1310nm receiver has a hermetically packaged APD-TIA (trans-impedance amplifier) pre-amplifier and a limiting amplifier with LVPECL compatible differential outputs. It features a Burst Packet Detect (SD) output which is LVTTL compatible. The SD output will come high after receiving the burst packet.
Digital diagnostic monitoring (DDM) functions are available via an I2C interface.
