Description
The GIGAOPTO's GT9-S3503-20x series Bi-Directional (BiDi) 1×9 transceiver modules support 155Mbps and 20km transmission distance with single mode fibber (SMF). The 155Mbps PECL level dual fiber optical transceiver module is designed for fiber communication applications such as 100Base-BX Fast Ethernet, SDHSTM-1, SONET OC-3 and ATM.
The module integrates two circuits for receiving and transmitting, uses single +3.3V /+5V power supply. Interface level is compatible with standard PECL levels. The transmitter incorporates a highly reliable 1310nm FP Laser and a driver circuit that converts PECL data to the light signal. The receiver incorporates an efficient 1550nm InGaAs/InP PIN photo-diode converting the light signal into an electrical current which is amplified and regenerated into PECL compatible data.
