Description
The GIGAOPTO's GT9-Cxx25-40x series single-mode transceivers are high performance and cost-effective CWDM 1×9 optical transceiver supporting data rates up to 2.5Gbps. The CWDM modules are designed for SDH STM-16 and SONET OC-48 CWDM long reach the application. There are 18 center wavelengths available from 1270nm to 1610nm. The 20nm channel spacing allows un-cooled laser operation. The receiver section uses an integrated InGaAs detector preamplifier mounted in an optical header and a limiting post-amplifier IC. A PECL logic interface simplifies interface to external circuitry.
