Description Of Cisco QSFP-40G-ER4 Compatible Transceiver
The 40GBASE-ER4 QSFP+ transceiver supports link lengths up to 40km over G.652 single-mode fiber with duplex LC connectors. It is compatible with Cisco 40G equipment and equivalent to the original QSFP-40G-ER4.
They are compliant with the QSFP+ MSA and IEEE 802.3bm 40GBASE-ER4 and OTU3 standards.
Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP+ MSA. The optical transceiver is compliant with the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU5.
