Description Of Cisco Compatible Transceiver Modules for SFP-10G-ER
This Cisco SFP-10G-ER compatible optical transceiver is manufactured with high-quality components and tested strictly to meet or exceed original manufacturer specifications and optimized for data center networks applications. It provides 10GBase-ER/EW (10.3125Gbps/9.953Gbps) throughput up to 40km over G.652 double fiber single-mode fiber (SMF) optical cable using a wavelength of 1550nm via an LC connector.
This SFP-10G-ER module consists of 1550 EML Laser, InGaAs PIN and Preamplifier in a high-integrated optical sub-assembly, all modules satisfy class 1 laser safety.
Digital diagnostic monitoring(DDM/DOM) is available via a 2-wire serial interface, as specified in SFF-8472, which provides real-time monitoring of the transceiver temperature, laser bias current, optical power, received optical power and transceiver supply voltage
This SFP-10G-ER optical module is programmed to be compatible with a wide range of Cisco network equipment such as Cisco 3100 WS series, Cisco 4500 WS series, Cisco 4900 series, Cisco 5700 Air series, Cisco 6000, Cisco 6800 series, Cisco C6800 series, Cisco Nexus 2000 series, Cisco Nexus 3000 series, Cisco Nexus 5000 series, Cisco Nexus 7000 series, Cisco Nexus 9000 series, Cisco WS-C2960S series, Cisco WS-C3560E series, Cisco UCS series and etc.
