Description
Gigaopto’s QSFP28 100G LR4 transceiver is designed for use in 100 Gigabit Ethernet links on up to 10km over G.652 single mode fiber(SMF) via an industry standard LC connector.
The 100GBASE-LR4 transceiver consists of two sections: The transmitter section consists of four directly modulated Cooled LAN WDM 4-DFB lasers and four drivers.
It is compliant with the QSFP28 MSA, IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4 and IEEE 802.3bm CAUI-4.
Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA .
With these features, this easy to install, hot swappable transceiver is suitable to be used in various applications, such as 100G telecom connections, data center, high-performance computing networks (HPC), enterprise core and distribution layers, campus networks etc.
Each of this QSFP28 100G LR4 transceiver module is tested in targeted switches for superior performance, quality, compatibility,and Reliability before shipping.
