Products Description of 10G SFP+ DWDM ER 40km (C17~C61) Series

 

Gigaopto’s 10G 100GHz C Band DWDM SFP+ series optic transceiver is a small form factor hot pluggable module for duplex optical data communications. This module is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal DWDM wavelength from 1528nm to 1566nm as specified by the ITU-T. Its max transmission can reach up to 40km over dual-strand single mode fiber.

This DWDM 10G ER Transceiver is designed to deploy in the DWDM networking equipment in metropolitan access and core networks.

It features a high-performance DWDM EML transmitter and PIN diode into a duplex LC optical connector. All modules satisfy class I laser safety requirements.

Digital diagnostics functions are available through an I2C interface, as specified in SFF-8472, which allows real-time access to device operating parameters such as transceiver temperature, laser bias current, transmitted optical power, received optical power and transceiver supply voltage.
