Description
The QSFP-100G-FR optical transceiver is a Single Lambda 106.25Gbps Quad Small Form-factor Pluggable QSFP28 module for use in 100GBASE Ethernet. QSFP28 FR provides 100Gb/s throughput up to 2000 meters over single-mode fiber (SMF) with built-in FEC using 1310nm wavelength via a duplex LC connector. This transceiver is fully compliant with QSFP28 Multi-Source Agreement (MSA), 100G Lambda MSA, IEEE 802.3 100GBASE-FR and CAUI-4 standard.
The full-duplex QSFP28 transceiver implements 106.25 Gbps PAM4 transmit and receive signal channel for 100 Gbps data rate. Digital diagnostics functions are also available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA, to allow access to real-time operating parameters. With these features, this easy to install, hot swappable transceiver is suitable to be used in various applications, such as Data Center, 100G Ethernet, 400G to 100G breakout applications.
