Description
The GIGAOPTO's GTS-B3512-20DC transceiver is a single fiber bi-direction 1000Mbps Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP) BIDI module for use in 1000BASE Ethernet. This SFP BX20 module provides 1000Base-BX throughput up to 20km transmission distance over single-mode fiber (SMF) using a wavelength of 1310nm-Tx/1490nm-Rx via an LC connector.
The transceiver is easy to install, hot-swappable, and has been programmed, uniquely serialized, and tested for data traffic and applications to ensure it is initialized and performs identically. Digital optical monitoring (DOM) support is also present to allow access to real-time operating parameters.
The transceivers are compatible with SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472 specifications.
